Nadia's Birthday Party

We celebrated Nadia's 3rd birthday at her Nona and Papa Smith's house. The theme was Wonder Pets and, as expected, Nadia was very somber most of the afternoon. We rented a train to pull the kids around and Nadia wanted nothing to do with it until the very end of the party. I think everyone had a pretty good time celebrating our baby girl!
Reading her card

She LOVED this bear from G-ma.

Our buddy, Isaiah.

Sneaking icing

Letting her birthday twin, Kesha, read her card. (Yes, Granny Kemp gave her a card that wished the 2 year old a very happy birthday) Aye!

Big sis

That dog tried to attack us! Yikes!

Having a snack...

I think she may be threatening cousin Amy for taking pics

September

This month was Taryn's first full month of school and Nadia's 3rd birthday. We all have adjusted to our new routines nicely.

Hanging out at Pandamonium

Would it kill her to have her picture taken with me? Probably not, but she knows it would bring me joy.

Who loves birthday's?

Ready to attack the sharks

Shootin' hoops. Such the lady.

After 3 years, those curls were pretty nappy. She got her first haircut on her birthday.

Planting wildflowers at the library.

Waiting for the program to start

Getting ready for school

She looked like such a big girl that morning

Valley girl

Surprise attack with the camera

Yummmmmm

The girls love our mums

So, Nadia didn't like them quite as much as Taryn

Seriously, how happy does your heart feel after seeing that face?

The only sane member of this family.

I'm pretty sure he uses raw hide like we would use a stress ball.

I'm back....

So, it's been a few days since I've updated. Now that I'm officially retired, I'll try to keep up with current pics. Here are a few since Easter

happy with the cookies we made

I believe it was Eric that asked if I made rocks-lol. Keep in mind these are wheat/dairy/egg free so cut me some slack.....they were pretty good despite their appearance.

He could totally model for Abercrombie & Fitch

Ace was warming up to the idea.

This is a hat I made for crazy hat day a few years ago when Taryn was in preschool. Nadia LOVED it for a few days.
